We are less than one full month from the 31 days of Jazz in May and The 37th Annual Atlanta Jazz Festival taking place Memorial Day Weekend, May 23-25. The last pieces of the concert puzzle has been put in place by having crowned a winner from the youth Jazz competitionAJF LOGO with dates - cropn and revealing the lineup for The 37th Annual Atlanta Jazz Festival at the preview party. Congratulation to the winners from the Bank of America Youth Jazz Band Competition. 1st place goes to the North Atlanta Center for the Arts Jazz Band , 2nd Place goes to the Tri-Cities High School Jazz Band and 3rd Place goes to the Milton High School Jazz Ensemble. All three will grace the main stage along with national, international, and local headliners such as the Roy Hargrove Quintet, Russell Gunn’s Krunk Jazz Orkestra,  Christian Scott, the Brian Hogans Quartet, Somi, the Freddy Cole Quartet, Ahmad Jamal, Ali Amr, the Kemba Cofield Quartet and more.
